Quarterly Newsletter Administrator
Description:
The Quarterly Newsletter Administrator is responsible for producing the Quarterly Newsletter featuring articles on current OUTmusic members accomplishments,information on opportunities for independent artists,announcements, what's happening in the LGBT Entertainment etc.


OUTmusicChat.com Moderator
Description:
The OUTmusicchat.com moderator will be responsible for monitoring the chatroom/forum to assure that members are complying with the policy and terms of agreement,post announcements of OUTmusic endorsed events,send out weekly e-mail blast to membership base.


Myspace Administrator
Description:
The OUTmusic Myspace Administrator is responsible for increasing the OUTmusic friends base by requesting friends, posting comments on new friend pages, sending out bulletins of upcoming OUTmusic endorsed events,general updates to keep our Myspace page current.


FaceBook Administrator
Description:
The OUTmusic FaceBook Administrator is responsible for increasing the OUTmusic friends base by requesting friends, posting comments on new friend pages, sending out bulletins of upcoming OUTmusic endorsed events,general updates to keep our FaceBook page current.


Volunteer Manager
Description:
The Volunteer Manager is responsible for managing volunteers for OUTmusic. This person will be responsible for reviewing all applications,choosing the volunteers for each project/event,facilitating meetings,and motivating committees to stay on track in order to produce quality productions.


OUTmusic Fundraising Committee
Description
The Fundraising Committee meet regularly to help in producing the Annual OUTmusic Fundraiser. The team will, procure gift bag items,solicit silent auction pieces,drive ticket sales, and promote the importance of the mission of OUTmusic. OUTmusic Gay Pride Planning Committee
Description:
The Gay Pride Planning Committee is made up of a team of volunteers who meet to create the theme,design,and build the float. This group is responsible for creating a budget for materials needed to build the float and submitting it to the OUTmusic administration.


OUTmusic Day of Gay Pride Crew
Description:
OUTmusic will have a large crew of volunteers to work with on the day of Gay Pride. All the volunteers will be required to attend an orientation two weeks prior to Gay Pride. If you would like to volunteer for this committee please go online to apply.
